By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the MEDNEET mobile or web application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Eligibility
This application is designed to help students prepare for the NEET exam. By using MEDNEET, you represent that you are either at least 13 years of age, or have obtained parental/guardian consent if you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
3. User Accounts & Progress Syncing
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All study progress, daily streak data, XP points, and active recall settings are stored in your user profile. You agree to provide accurate registration information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Intellectual Property
All study materials, questions, formulas, flashcards, illustrations, software, layouts, and designs in the MEDNEET application are owned by us or licensed to us. You may use these materials for personal, non-commercial learning only. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or resell any part of our application.
5. Premium Features and Subscription Billing
Certain study features are locked behind a paywall and require upgrade purchases. Payment details are processed securely by third-party billing providers. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or the refund policies of the Google Play Store.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
MEDNEET is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain high accuracy matching NCERT syllabus guidelines, we do not warrant that all content is free from errors or omissions. We are not responsible for your actual performance on the official NEET exam.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall MEDNEET be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use this application.
