  • Providing, syncing, and maintaining your personal active recall dashboard.
  • Analyzing your performance to identify weak topics and recommend high-yield questions.
  • Processing payments for premium feature upgrades.
  • Improving app performance and fixing bugs.

Your study data and account details are securely stored using Firebase Firestore with strict access controls. We take reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

5. Third-Party Services and AI Integration

We use AI APIs (such as Google Gemini) to generate personalized explanations and questions. No personally identifiable information (such as your name or email) is shared with these AI providers. We also integrate Firebase Authentication and Firestore database services.

6. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your account and personal study records at any time. You can request account and data deletion directly within the application's Profile settings (under "Account Settings"). Alternatively, you can contact us at notesmedicose@gmail.com to request manual data deletion. Upon receipt of a request, we will delete your credentials and associated study data from our Firestore systems within 7 business days.
